The spay/neuter clinic is fabulous! They are very well organized, staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the facility was very clean. Pricing was also reasonable and all my questions were answered both before and after the procedure. Highly recommended!
Well my Appointment was canceled a at 4:30 PM today and the appointment is tomorrow morning. I am extremely disappointed as I genuinely had such high hope for the Human society and thought they would take full care of my cat. I rescued this cat a week and half ago as she was on the urge of death and got her cleaned up and everything. Got her flea treatment done, got everything done and booked an appointment to get her vaccines and everything done as she was doing much better. In the consent form I mentioned that she was sneezing almost 4 days ago which is very common for a cat getting used to a new environment and I clearly told the representative that I was using a scented letter which is why she was sneezing and her energy was low because she was unfed and is extremely skinny. She disregarded everything I said and just was like “yea nothing we can do”. It makes me genuinely disappointed that everyone is failing that poor Cat and she is legit perfectly fine but I guess it was my fault for mentioning anything on the form when they asked. I even asked her that they can examine her before doing her appointment to see that she it totally fine. And I don’t understand to why they made me wait and didn’t respond until the day before. DO BETTER AS I GENUINELY GOT EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND HAD HIGH HOPE IN YOU GUYS. I also still have not received my refund either which I paid. I will try to hope that maybe it was just that one representative who just probably didn’t want to do it so if you guys can either rebook her or Atleast explain why it was canceled.
Dropped by today with my daughter and son in law to look at cats. The atmosphere was spectacular everyone was helpful and within an hour they had adopted a cat. The whole process was informative and well presented. I highly recommend the spca.
I recently visited with a strong profile and sincere intention to adopt a dog. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsettling. Despite my qualifications as a potential pet owner, the staff disregarded my profile and treated me with a surprising level of disrespect. Their behavior seemed influenced by my racial background, which was both distressing and unprofessional. This experience not only left me feeling unfairly judged but also caused significant emotional distress, to the point of feeling depressed. It's disheartening to encounter such treatment in a place that should be welcoming and focused on finding homes for animals. I hope the center addresses these serious issues to ensure a more respectful and inclusive environment for all visitors.
Amazing at the PAWS sanctuary for OSPCA got my girl Wanda there. Just finally going through the last of the foster process. They are great to help you rescue with support.
We adopted our dog Victor from these great people. They give the animals a great deal of their time and love, and it shows through in the animals in their care.
We found our forever feline Frannie here. She has been just the perfect fit for our family. The staff are absolutely wonderful providing caring service to new pet owners and our cat.
