Great experience. Website easy to use...prices are excellent and my Aunt said the roses were beautiful. I've tried other online services when I've sent flowers to another city and the flowers I paid for weren't what the person received. I'd highly recommend Flowers by Brenda.
I've received two very different arrangements over the last few months and each one was absolutely gorgeous. Margaret obviously loves what she does and it shows both in her dedication and her beautiful work. I can't praise her enough.
Called to order some flowers for a special occasion. Tried 6 times and left a message on their voicemail. Voicemail said that they would call back. Five hours later I called back and they answered. "Too busy now to help you out." Not happy and maybe if my call was returned in a timely fashion they could have helped out. Well nonetheless, ordered from Rambling Rose and was ecstatic with the exquisite bouquet delivered.
I wanted to send flowers to my MIL in the hospital and prefer to give a florist my budget and ask for them to put together something that is beautiful and seasonal. I have done this with other florists in the past in various cities for various occasions and everyone is always thrilled to receive something unique. When inquiring over the phone this morning, I was just redirected back to their site to pick one of the standard FTD options. I was a little bit disappointed in the lack of service and will be purchasing elsewhere.
