I picked my cat up on thrusday Aug 14 2025 I went in the room she was in I never saw any dry cat food in the room no water the wet cat food she had was bad and just thrown in bowl not on her plates that I took out she was scared past a leaf they dont know in my books how to look after animals and you can never reach them to ask about yo u r animals n they never return calls they need someone at the front desk all the time
This is the best place to leave your dog the staff was amazing and the owners where very kind and nice. My fog looked so happy coming back and well cared for. Will be back

We've used the Pet Hotel for over 20 years dating back to the original owner. It continues to be our pet boarding of choice. Suzanne is always attentive and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
It is impossible to get ahold of them, I tried calling 10+ times during the day and leaving messages and it took 3 days for them to get back to me only to be told they can’t take my pet. Very frustrating and doesn’t seem like they want buisness.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Susan and her pet hotel! Our King Charles Cavalier, Stella, absolutely loves it there. From the moment we get close, Stella gets super excited in the car, knowing she's about to have an incredible time. Susan's care for the pets is exceptional. It's evident that she puts her heart and soul into ensuring every furry guest feels loved and well-cared for. I appreciate that the big dogs are separated from the little ones because Stella is quite timid around larger dogs. This thoughtful separation allows her to feel safe and comfortable during her stay. I highly recommend Susan's pet hotel to any pet owner out there. Thanks to her, I no longer feel guilty or anxious when traveling without our beloved dog because she is having so much fun.
