"A star is Born." Great movie. The popcorn was good too!
We waited 30min to get our tickets for Jurassic World 2 on a Mon night.Visited for the third time on Sept 1st for Mile 22, this visit was much faster, they had 4 employees at the concession booth. Waited only 5min not 30min like the last 2 times.
Honestly, every time I have gone to this move theatre I have never had problems. The staff beautiful and very assistive in creating a comfortable environment that I can actually not only have a good move experience but a great one. Once, I got a large pop corn and on my way to my seat I dropped the whole bag not only did the staff at concession give me a new bag but they also changed my seat so I wouldn't have to sit in the mess of popcorn that I caused. Honestly, always a great experience. Thank you very much Cineplex cast for making my movie experience and greater experience each and every time!
It's a movie house!!! But it is well-organized. However .... It's very difficult to see when walking in to find a seat because it is very poorly lit in the actual viewing theatre. There are dim lights along the aisles and stairs but if you're not a frequent goer, it's a gamble finding the steps. Perhaps the lights need to be turned up a notch until the movie begins. More signage required regarding "which way to a specific theatre number" so you don't feel like you've just landed from outerspace standing there dazed.It still gets 4
Watched 'A Star Is Born' and it was great. Only complaint I have is I got a small pop and small popcorn with butter and it cost me $14.10. They charged me .99 cents plus tax for butter and it didn't taste like there was enough butter.
