I couldnt find the place. I drove around all of the parking lots on the street and there were no signs anywhere. Google Street view indicated it was in the same building as a restaurant but I drove around and there was nothing indicating total physio. I also called 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was unable to reach anyone. I left a message to advise I could not locate their office. Tried calling again 10 minutes before the appointment with the same results. Finally I called at the time of my scheduled appointment to advise I was unable to make my appointment as I could not find their building and that I would no longer require their services.

Excellent customer service, they can give you an appointment on short notice. All employees are knowledgeable, proficient and professional in there area of expertise. The is a large quantity and variety of equipment within the facilities to aid with therapy. Overall excellent and one of the best physiotherapy and sports therapy facilities in Ontario, maybe even Canada.
I didn't have a satisfying experience. Found it difficult to get therapy that suited me. Your results may vary!!!Caveats: I'm not covered and not able to afford twice weekly appointments.I have heard excellent things about the physiotherapists there.I'm a difficult patient, with a lot of questions.I only went to the assessment, and two appointments.Didn't get the feedback or homework I wanted.Didn't feel like there was enough time within the appointment with the physiotherapist.I've since found a client centered program that works better for me.
It is seldom that you have a service that you would like to rate 5/5. And even more rare that you would want to give them 10 stars if you could. From the booking of the appointment, to the exceptional treatment plan that Kevin Hickey put into place for our young athlete, to the above and beyond accommodation made so that Michael could be seen when it fitted into his busy schedule. Thank you very much for the exceptional service and professional and effective treatments for Michael's back.
