My group was looking forward to this meal and the place is very nicely decorated and they have a vegan/vegetarian and gluten free menu which is why we came. We arrived at 6:45 pm and had a show to see at 8:00 pm. We were seated quickly and they took our orders and brought drinks promptly. After that we waited 30 mins without food and got concerned we were going to miss our show. Upon asking the staff they told us it would be another 30 minutes before we got food, and simultaneously I overhead other guests had been waiting an hour. We had to leave and were very disappointed that we didn't get a meal before our show. Hopefully they can work on the food service as it seems everything else about this place would be great.
Great experience at this restaurant. We were promptly served and food arrived about 10mins later. We ordered curry pad thai and a chicken/vegetable dish, both very flavourful as well as good portions for the price. Atmosphere is very nice, the decor was quite interesting yet fitting. Server was very attentive, and actually came running outside after us when she realized I had forgotten my phone. Will definitely be coming back here again. Best Thai in the Kawarthas!
Great ambiance, great food and even better staff. There are incredibly attentive to food allergies and are super respectful. Everyone is always smiling and it is by far the best service I have experienced in Peterborough. Great job and highly recommend!
The staffs attitude was bad. We were not informed about the waiting time when ordering. We had to wait nearly 1 hour for our meals. After 40 minutes waiting, although one of us tried to asked one staff, she ignored and made an excuse. There were no any staff coming and explaining after that. Until we left, another staff stopped us and said our foods were ready. She also tried to make the same excuse and blamed us, NO ANY APOLOGY!I hope I wont never go to this restaurant again!
Me and my boyfriend always come here when craving Thai food. Best place in town and owned by a lovely family we enjoy seeing every time. The spring rolls are so good, mango salad is my go to, and I always order the spicy eggplant dish and add tofu. Oh man you guys, you can't go wrong. The restaurant is beautiful and great for a friend date or real date. Or order out. Whatever, just eat here. Your welcome.
