I called Stokes Roofing and his wife answered and Jesse called back and that he would be over in 20 minutes.On Sunday his day off, he came and replaced 7 shingles from the wind storm. We are selling our house and we needed done asap.Total customer service and the job was done flawlessly. I would recommend Jesse and his company to anyone. Very professional.
My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Jesse's crew did on our home. They were very respectful and polite and hard working. Nice to see .Jesse and Jen we're very accomidating to our needs as we have a dog and we booked time off work to take her out both days. Jesse and Jennifer were absolutely incredible from the moment we called after our roof was damaged in a storm. Jesse arrived within hours and provided a temporary fix to get us through the worst of the inclement weather and provided us with valuable insight and knowledge into the root causes of the problem. After providing an extremely reasonable quote they were able to book us in fairly quickly. Jesses team were the most dedicated and respectful crew, remaining upbeat in the arduous heat and completed the entire roof replacement within 2 days. We highly recommend their craftsmanship, IKO certification and 10yr workmanship warranty as well as their professional cleanup after the job was complete. Overall just good people!
If I could give 6 stars I would. Jesse and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. The roof on my house was one of the worst I have personally seen. I think Jesse and his crew would agree after taking off the shingles. They literally gave me and ENTIRE new roof (see attached pictures of before and after). I must say I was a tad nervous when I came home one day and there wasn't anything on the top of my house!!! They assured me I would have the nicest roof in the neighborhood when they were done... they didn't lie!!! I can't thank Stokes Roofing enough for fixing my home and being extremely professional the entire time. If you need your roof looked at or fixed don't hesitate to call Jesse! Thanks for everything.
