Nice mall. Although I swear that the body shop was on the 2nd floor. Must have misremembered, it's on the main floor. Service at the body shop was good. I didn't make a note of the cleanliness of the mall so that in a way is good. Basically it's a mall in a small city, won't blow you away. But for what it is, it does it well.
Never had any bad experiences. It's a great place in my opinion. It gets busy on lunch time on weekends but it still great
Lots of places to go. The food court is very good. I really like the Thai food station and the s&h health store is a great place got a lot of help from them. I miss the sears store though
Good selection of stores for the size of the city, great washrooms: always clean, family friendly, and the nursing station is one of the best I've seen (2 comfy chairs, a side table between, change station, sink, and microwave, lots of space for strollers/older children). The train looks like fun too. A bigger elevator would be nice for busy days so you can fit 2 wheelchairs/strollers on at once, but since it's only 2 levels it doesn't take long for the elevator to make its round trip.
Nicely laid out mall. Decent foodcourt that even has a Mcdonalds which I dont normally see. Escalators as well as stairs. Parking lot not the largest.
