Peterborough is fortunate to have this place. Im always made to feel very welcomed by the front desk staff. Ive been lucky enough to visit regularly for the past year + for a series of skin & laser treatments. I ALWAYS see Kate, she is flat out the best... I also frequent the Starbucks in the a.m...always given great service from friendly staff. Cheers.
This place is nothing short of amazing, Ive never felt more welcomed and appreciated as a customer here. The place is very cleanly and comforting. The laddies at the front desk are nothing but kind and very friendly. Received a wash cut and style from a new hair styling apprentice Olivia. She was very bubbly and positive, she had great concentration and went above and beyond for my needs! - 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will 100% be going back. I did not walk past one staff member without receiving a smile :)
I have been having laser treatments here for the past 5 months. Unfortunately, I had treatments done somewhere else prior. They were painful and I had no results. After my displeasure, I decided to book a consult at Euphoria. I met with Kate. She exuded a passion that put me completely at ease. She is professional, honest, and extremely, knowledgeable!! She answered all of my questions above and beyond. I am so happy with my results and my treatments are totally comfortable!! Do not start laser treatments anywhere else, before you talk to her!!
Had the most incredible time at Euphoria. I especially enjoyed the lovely staff, they made me feel so welcomed and relaxed throughout my treatments! Will also definitely be visiting their Starbucks Caffe more frequently! Overall great experience :)
I have been coming to spa euphoria for a few years and have been to both the old and new locations. I always brought friends with me to the old location because I was impressed by how professional and serene they made the experience feel. Although my massage was good - the steam room was not ready or warm at all when I got there, the staff turned the sauna on for me but there were no instructions on how to use the steam room and after pushing a few buttons there was very little steam and was just a warm damp room. The staff member who greeted me was very pleasant - but the young girl who cashed me out was not very professional, didn't exchange niceties and acted like I was inconveniencing her, and this is not the first time I have had this kind of experience. I have been there when only young girls were working together and they were talking about how drunk they had been the night before and the parties they were going to go to that evening, and nothing ruins a relaxing massage more than hearing about how "trashed" someone is looking forward to getting. I don't want to paint all the staff with one brush because I have had some lovely encounters, but a brush up on etiquette and appropriate work talk when you're on the floor could be useful. I don't like complaining like this, but as a fellow young person and working in customer service for over a decade I understand how far a pleasant attitude and a smile can go.
