This Canadian Tire appears very organized and clean.The product at the entry ways are seasonal and appropriate for this time of the year.There is quite a large supply.of ice hockey equipment, including;- Sticks- Skates- Goalie equipment- NetsAnd also a larger variety of players equipment.Also they have a fairly large selection of storage cabinets and office furniture.The only real issue with this store, is the lack of customer service. I walked through the store for several minutes, browsed and different product, and was never approached by anyone offering assistance.
Went to purchase a shower head that was placed on the end of the aisle, a whole shelf full of them posted for 20.99. Scanned in at 49.99 and they refused to honour the posted price. I argued that there is a law that states if you have it posted for that price, thats the price i pay. They refused, simply said if thats not what it scans in at thats not what i get it for. Not pleased at all.
So the Lansdowne Canadian Tire. First off this is the one in Peterborough I will go to when going to CT it is bigger has a better selection of items. (it also closer to me). Canadian Tire is a great store to get a lot of different items all under one roof. It is not necessary the kind of store you go to when needing help or information form the staff. As just like most retailers now and days the staff don't know and often don't care about what they are selling.So if you know what it is you want and have educated yourself on it, then great Canadian Tire may have it. It also maybe on sale.Yes I would shop here again.
Quick visit to get fall items. Selection getting higher quality it seems - nice
Probably the best CT I've visited... Clean, lots of selection... Basically what you should get from any department store. Many CT's I've visited haven't been up to par, but this one is great (nice flowers in the spring too). I've had no interaction with the staff so I can't rate it there. However, everything else is good.
