I planned a birthday party for my 13 year old daughter and her friends and they had a blast on the hammocks. Shelley was great with this group of giggly teenagers. It looked like so much fun that I can't wait to try it myself.
The moment I set foot in Salti, I knew I had found my place! The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, the space is always neat and clean and they offer a variety of classes for all levels and abilities. You will feel your body instantly relax the moment you step through the front door! Definitely a great space to expand or begin your yoga practice!
I absolutely adored this space from the moment I walked in! Everyone was so incredibly friendly, I felt like the community welcomed me with open arms. The space was bright and clean, and I loved the art on the walls! The aerial class was so much fun and I really enjoyed the variety of classes. I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in town!
My new second home. I am in the middle of my intro membership, which is very affordable & gave me the option to try all classes available. The staff/instructors are always very friendly & welcoming. It's the small details that make them stand out to other studios I have tried in the past. They offer fresh tea, which is a nice treat during a morning practice. The small face towels available during the class, which is awesome because there is a lot of sweat, even in the not hot classes! The change room is very cozy, bright & clean. Everyone who attends the classes are very friendly and welcoming, I don't feel judged by anyone since I am newer & still trying out new classes.
So wonderful! Positive, warm and inclusive. Beautiful little studio, with beautiful instructors. Your yoga practice will be nurtured in this environment :)
