I use dry cleaning and the Laundry Service. Always great fast and friendly service.
I took my leather/suede coat in with a small mark on it. The woman working stated they would be able to get the mark out no problem. She said it would take 1-2 weeks and someone would call as soon as it came in. After almost 3 weeks I called and my coat was there. When I picked it up the owner was there. He did not tell me the mark had not come out. When I got home I noticed the mark was still there, there are other marks on the coat that werent there before and the suede is a darker colour than previously. When I returned I the owner argued with me that the marks were from wear, that the colour had not changed, stated it came back with a sticker indicating there was a problem cleaning it but had not told me about that when I picked the coat up and charged me full price. He said there was nothing he could do except send it back again. I didnt want to do that since that is where it got damaged. No apology or refund of my $68.00 offered by the owner.
