Been with State Farm for a few years, have a loyalty discount but just got a 19% increase on my insurance. It started at 300, went up to 315, now at 332/mnth after 3 years... Not happy. Called Friday to see what we could do to lower it, said she'd look into it and never called me back. Again, not happy. Shopping today for new insurance. Good way to lose loyal, hassle free, no claims customers.
