They didn't have a handicapped room as we had requested, but they were able to install a raised toilet seat so we made do. The room was clean and it had a small living room area separate from the sleeping area which we quute liked. There was one long hallway on the main floor and I could have done without the maids lining it with their carts EVERY day. They were polite and watchful and didn't block the whole hallway, but it was like walking the gauntlet every time I tried to get to the car, the front desk, the ice machine, the lobby. They could have been on different floors, pulled into the courtesy room... something. Trying to walk through this laden with bags or with a walker was very annoying. The free breakfast was satisfactory, but there weren't enough tables and chairs for the size of the hotel.
Staff was nice, and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was ok. My non smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes though. There was mold outside shower, and the sink didn't drain well. Bed was comfortable. The outlets were loose and didn't work half the time.
Good value for your dollar.Staff excellent, the cleaning lady even asked if we needed more towels after seeing our swim wear.Attention to detail. I like that.The breakfast was great. Fresh fruit, as well as the normal fair. But what l liked the most was, not seeing the attendants; they remarkablely cleaned the tables as as guests come and went and never hindered our breakfast. %100 goes to the staff for a job well done. Don't think that management will read this, but they should get a raise.
Nice room. Good beds. More than enough parking spaces available. Free breakfast included. Fair assortment for breakfast. Hygienic behavior of staff can be improved... you just dont push down the garbage in the trash bin and then continue to refill the buffet without washing your hands! Had we not seen the hygiene issue, we would have given 4 stars.
Thanks for providing the refreshing lemon infused water in your lobby. That alone earned five stars. The accommodations were great. Clean room. Fluffy white towels. A/C that worked although we did have to turn it down a bit. Ample choices for breakfast. We didn't starve. Lots of parking. Comfy bed. Big screen TV for our viewing pleasure. What more could you ask for. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
