I've been to this store since the day it opened its doors. Today was the worst experience I've ever had trying to sell me something I didn't need. When I only needed a filter. I will probably shop at the other locations from here on.
We love this store for our pup. We've been taking him to get his nails trimmed here for 2 years and recently he got his first haircut. Christy was amazing and he looks awesome! I was nervous as we're used to him shaggy and I didn't want him to not look like himself post-groom, but she did just what we asked and did such a great job; he's SO soft and still looks like himself. We will definitely be coming back!
It was almost as soon as I walked inside the store the staff offered assistance and were polite and friendly. It’s a great store that looks and smells clean while being well stocked. They also offer grooming services which is a nice bonus along with it I think is a local franchise and Canadian-ish owned company. Cute pets up for adoption as well!
Took my best bud to have a bath today! Oh my gosh what an amazing experience. I didn’t leave with a broken back, which is what I get every time I bathe my 55 lb Sheepadoodle in my bathtub ? he enjoyed himself and so did I. There are beautifully clean built in raised ceramic tubs, a water resistant apron for me, great nozzles, absorbent towels luxurious shampoos (I used the whitening one on Ben and it was really good and worked so well). Then there was the blow dryer built into the walls so not scary and loud for him. And the cherry on top was the treats that I was told to take as many as I needed. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful, and asked if we had been before and explained everything to me. We really made a wet mess - lots of shaking and the towels - oh the towels we used - this hairy guy, they should have charged me extra. Anyway, it was such a great value for the money I will be going back regularly from now on in between groomings. No more hunching over a bathtub and being spent for the day after! Highly recommend!
Excellent lineup of raw dog food, and if they’re out of the one you need they’ll happily check other stores to find it for you. Employees are always friendly and proactively helpful!
Amazing store to get all the supplies for your lovely little critters! Plus Gemini is the best employee there alway testing the products (cat in photo)
The staff are very kind and helpful, they loved my French bulldog and when she got nervous they happily held my purchase at the cash until she was calmer with the store and I was able to go up and pay. However the store itself it’s more expensive than others I’ve found, but they do often have discounts on collars, leashes and treats.
