Absolutely terrible, went in today and no one was in there. Not a customer. Not a employee. Just me. When they walked out of the back room, no one said hello or asked if I needed help. I was very disappointed
Not very Happy with this place. Thought I would try them out, as I have not shopped here before. I had a coupon, so thought, "Hey, why not" Nope, never again. I bought a large bag of cat food, that was on sale, but they would not accept my coupon (got through Docupet) with the sale that was in store. So disappointed. With things going up and the cost of everything on the rise, you would think that they would be better with their customers and accept a coupon.
We go to Ren's regularly to do our monthly weigh-in as my dog has been on a diet. We always buy treats as well as other items (collar, coat, costume, etc). The staff are always friendly & they have great variety. Oh...and they're Canadian.
We were in Rens tonight and Jules helped us. She was super helpful, friendly and helped us with all our allergy questions we had about our dog. She knew all the answers we asked and even more. She was very knowledgable and we appreciated it so much. I hope Jules is recognized for her hard work. Good help is hard to come by and she is a good one.
A huge thank you to Jules (and I didn’t grab the other workers name :( for all of their help!! They were patient with my hyper pup, gave treats and spent time to make a very memorable paw print painting. Thanks y’all! Definitely my new pet store
Stopped in here to pick up our dogs treats and for his yearly free Birthday treat. Our guy loves his Northern dog biscuits, liver is his favorite! As for this year's birthday treat her got a bag of birthday cookie treats by Bocce Bakery, can't wait to surprise him on the 27th. Oh and I couldn't leave the store without getting a No Hide chew for his stocking. Thanks Ren's for treating our family fur baby like party of your family. ?
Great selection of better than average foods. Staff is trained and knowledgeable especially shout out to Chris who helped me choose the dry dog food! Love Rens Pets
